Joyriding bear crashes car in US
A bear has stolen a car and crashed it.
The beast climbed into the vehicle outside a Lake Tahoe, California cabin and began struggling to get out before he managed to put the motor in reverse.
Owner of the car Cece McCarthy said: “By the time he got that car in gear he was desperate. He did steal our car."
Her son Dylan described the incident, saying he could hear “the chaos of him thrashing around inside the car,” adding: “He pulled back the gear shift, which is a pretty hard task to do."
The bear crashed the vehicle into a nearby front porch but he vanished before police arrived at the scene.
