The majority of large organisations in Northern Ireland are reviewing the way they deal with customers, a survey of businesses in the North has revealed.
The poll was conducted by business process management solutions provider, Graham Technology. The Galway-based firm surveyed many of the key decision makers in indigenous Northern Irish businesses across different sectors.
A similar study was compiled in the Republic of Ireland in June of this year and the results are similar.
Today's results show:
- As was the case in the Republic, the majority of Northern Irish firms are intent on developing customer-centric strategies
- 67% are confident that by improving their business processes, and in particular through streamlining "best practice" business processes, they will also quickly reduce operating costs
