A rock musician who fled to Britain when on the FBI’s 10 Most Wanted List has pleaded guilty to child porn charges.

Eric Franklin Rosser, 51, who was a keyboard player with John Mellancamp’s band, faces up 20 years in prison if an Indianapolis judge accepts the plea deal.

He is charged with transporting and distributing video tapes, photographs and magazines containing child pornography involving three girls, aged nine to 11.

When he was arrested in Thailand, where his wife and child live, police said he had undergone liposuction and cosmetic surgery to his face.

He had travelled to Britain, the Netherlands and France before going to Bangkok.

When he was arrested, Rosser had been working as a pianist at Bangkok’s luxury Oriental Hotel and gave music lessons to children at his home.
