Galway's minor hurlers have been soundly beaten by Cork in the All-Ireland Minor hurling championship quarter-finals, continuing a disappointing weekend for the Tribesman at Croke Park
It was one-way traffic all the way through this match, although Galway did take the lead through a Keith Killilea point after two minutes.
The next six scores belonging to the Rebels, however, and a goal on the turn from Luke O'Farrell into Donagh Stack after 17 minutes set the pace of the game.
Cork led 1-12 to 0-5 at half-time.
The second goal arrived seven minutes from time - with an excellent strike from Ryan Clifford, who finished with a goal and six points.
Just three points in the second half from Galway, which left Cork marching into the semi-finals.
The final score was Cork 2-19, Galway 0-8.
