Grafton Recruitment has announced record trading figures for the six months up to September 2004.

Grafton Recruitment has announced record trading figures for the six months up to September 2004.

The figures, announced today by the company's managing director for Ireland Aine Maria Mizzoni, show a growth in revenue of 41% and a surge in profits of 165%.

The group said today that all-Ireland revenue was up 29% to £27.4m (€39.1m), international group revenue up 41% to £35.4m (€50.5m) while group net profit was up 165% to £1.5m (€2.1m).

Grafton Recruitment currently has 51 branches across 14 countries and employs 445 people worldwide.

Group chairman James Kilbane said: “As the benefits of EU membership take root in the economies of the new member states and as our new offices establish themselves in new markets, we are confident that Grafton’s international business will add to these figures over the coming year.”
