The GAA's Competitions Control Committee have decided on a venue for the play-off for National Hurling League Division One status for 2008.
Nenagh's McDonagh Park has been chosen for the game between Laois and Limerick, which will take place at 7pm next Saturday evening (May 12).
Whoever loses this game will make the drop to Division Two next season but there is some disquiet in Offaly over the matter at the moment as the Faithful county hurlers have already been demoted to that division for next year after losing a play-off game to Limerick.
Kildare referee Ray Holohan will take charge of next Saturday's play-off in Tipperary.
