Scotland and Sweden have a share of the lead after the opening ‘4-balls’ at the golf World Cup in Japan.

Both teams carded first-round scores of 62 this morning to finish one shot ahead of Spain in second place.

Ireland’s team of Padraig Harrington and Paul McGinley, who won the World Cup in 1997, are in fourth place after scoring 64 this morning.
