Eight men have been arrested in connection with the rioting in Bradford in July, police said.
A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police said following the publication last week of pictures of 20 more people suspected of taking part in the violent disturbances ‘‘eight people gave themselves up over the weekend’’.
‘‘They have all been bailed pending further inquiries,’’ he added.
More than 100 people have now been arrested in connection with the disturbances in the Whetley Hill and Manningham areas of the city on July 7.
More than 300 officers were injured during the rioting which was sparked by an Anti-Nazi League demonstration against the National Front.
A team of 60 detectives is investigating more than 300 crimes including assaults on police officers and arson committed on the night of the violence.
The operation is believed to be the largest criminal investigation currently being undertaken in the UK.
