French Finance Minister Francois Baroin has said EU ministers have everything they need to approve a second financial rescue package for Greece.
He was speaking ahead of a meeting of Eurozone finance ministers in Brussels, where a bailout worth €130bn could be approved.
The package was due to have been approved last week, but there was concern Athens had not met the terms of the ageeement.
Last night, US Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner pledged US support for the bailout plan, saying Greece deserved international support for its difficult reform programme.
