Big Brother more popular than ever

He was seen leaving the house amid a barrage of booing by nearly eight million viewers.
The show's figures were up on the previous best of 7.1 million when Adele was given the boot on July 5.
Friday night's instalment peaked at 7.9 million viewers - nearly four in 10 - at 10.15pm, according to unofficial overnights.
At the same time over on BBC1, just 3.1 million people were watching the 10 O'Clock News, reports Media Guardian.
