Manchester United captain Roy Keane's international future remains unclear this morning, despite newspaper reports signalling the Corkman's imminent return to the Ireland squad.
Reports this morning said Keane would return to the Irish set-up for next month's Euro 2004 qualifier against Georgia and would quit the international scene at the end of Ireland's qualifying campaign.
However, the player's lawyer, Michael Kennedy, said he has not been informed of any such decision.
Keane has not played for Ireland since his infamous row with former manager Mick McCarthy ahead of the World Cup last summer.
