Dublin conference to discuss changing bank sector
Financial professionals from here and abroad will gather in Dublin today for a major conference on the current banking landscape.
The event is being hosted by the Irish Banking Federation and will examine the way forward for banking and financial services in Europe against the backdrop of the current financial turmoil.
The opening address will be given by the Finance Minister, Brian Lenihan.
