Arsenal's Thierry Henry will get a three-game ban and a fine of two weeks' wages after trying to confront Graham Poll after the Newcastle game.
Henry's reaction at the final whistle, when he had to be restrained, was reported to the FA by referee Poll.
Poll yesterday confirmed that the Frenchman's reaction has been submitted in his report to the FA, who will take action over the incident.
The FA have yet to finalise the punishment and when Henry is charged he will have two weeks to appeal.
