Plans to build Dublin's largest building have been rejected.
The proposed 22 storey tower to be built next to Tara street station have been turned down by Dublin City Council due to the significant and detrimental visual impact on the city.
The Irish Times reports the €130m plans were opposed by a number of heritage groups.
