Brian Magee retained his European super-middleweight belt by stopping Roman Aramian.
The Ulsterman, surprisingly won the vacant European strap on away turf in Aarhus, Denmark, when he stopped Mads Larsen in seven rounds earlier this year.
Armenian challenger Aramyan did not have the class to take the belt from Magee at the National Stadium in Dublin but did survive eight rounds of punishment before failing to emerge for the ninth.
