Angelina Jolie has rubbished the enduring media perception of her as a dark femme fatale character as entirely false.
The Girl, Interrupted star won a Best Supporting Actress Oscar for her portrayal of a patient in a mental hospital and she used to wear a vial of ex-husband Billy Bob Thornton's blood around her neck

Jolie says: "People think that I carry a dark secret with me or that I'm obsessed with death. The truth is that I am probably the least morbid person one can meet."
