Delorentos come out on top in Meteor Choice award

Delorentos won The Meteor Choice Music Prize for album of the year 2012 for 'Little Sparks' last night.

The Dublin band took the €10,000 prize, beating competition from Two Door Cinema Club, Julie Feeney and Damien Dempsey.

The award was presented last night in Vicar Street.

The singer Songwriter Gavin James won song of the year for 'Say Hello'.
