Cruise hates soaking 'bullies'

Hollywood star Tom Cruise stood up to the pranksters who soaked him with water at the London premiere of War of the worlds, because he "hates bullies".

Cruise was drenched by a crew from British TV network Channel 4, for their new comedy show Balls of Steel, at the Odeon Leicester Square screening last Sunday.

The actor then confronted the culprit and repeatedly called him a "jerk".

Cruise says: "There are bullies, people who like to make people feel less and feel bad. Those people need to be confronted. I have never felt something like that is funny."

The four men were arrested and released without a charge. After consideration, Cruise has decided not to press charges.
