A video of a hungover man waking up in the wrong house the morning after the night before has been watched by a million people today.

The unnamed Scottish man was woken up by two strangers who found him asleep on their living room couch.

In a video he posted on Facebook, he explains how he left an after party to get in his taxi but when it didn’t turn up he turned around to go back into the party - he thought.

And you guessed it, ended up in the wrong house.

“I came in, got a cover and went to sleep. Instead of going back to the party I went into the house next door," he says, trying to control his laughter.

Thankfully, the couple who discovered him found the funny side of the story and explained to him that he even tried to make some noodles in their kitchen.

The very understanding couple made him a cup of tea to show there were no bad feelings.

He added: "Thank god this woman is from Glasgow.

She was like 'aye we're welcoming'

"Thank you very much for being so understanding."
