Bohs get past nine-man Waterford

Waterford blew a lead and their top as they finished with nine men at Dalymount Park to drop back to the bottom of the table.
Ger McCarthy gave Blues a 17th minute lead as their reward for a bright start and generally good first-half display.
But it went pear-shaped within four minutes of the restart when Aidan O’Keeffe, looking offside, levelled.
Ger McCarthy shoved the referee and was dismissed along with midfielder Alan Cawley who remonstrated strongly with an assistant.
John Paul Kelly then bundled the ball home on the hour mark to put Bohs in front with O’Keeffe adding his second goal of the night to seal the win 13 minutes later.
