Irish Ferries workers are meeting in Dublin to discuss the company's plans to cut 543 jobs.
SIPTU is threatening industrial action from midnight tomorrow over the redundancy package.
The company claims more than 90% of those targeted have already agreed to take it up.
Irish Ferries has set a deadline of 6pm today for acceptance of the deal.
Both sides are due before a Labour Court hearing tomorrow afternoon.
