A judge who was photographed with two prostitutes in a brothel is facing the sack.

Judge Carlos Klapp has already been suspended. Photos of him with two vice girls were sent to an MP.

Judge Klapp claims he was drugged when the photos were taken.

The photos taken in the brothel show the judge and two prostitutes naked.

The MP passed on the evidence to Chile's Judicial Ethics Commission who have suspended the judge for three months.

A motion to remove him from his job is also being prepared.

"Judges should uphold ethics and morality in their work and in their private lives," Supreme Court President Hernan Alvarez said.

"Their private conduct should not jeopardise the dignity of the judiciary," he added.

Judge Klapp claims the photos were taken after he was drugged by a man who then tried to blackmail him.

"I admit I went to the place in question," he said. "But what happened afterwards took place against my will because I was drugged."
