Am Beo receives further €2.5m in funding

Galway company Am Beo has received an additional €2.5m as an addition to its second round funding and this brings its total second round of funding to €12.5m.

Galway company Am Beo has received an additional €2.5m as an addition to its second round funding and this brings its total second round of funding to €12.5m.

In May it got €10m in second round funding from UK based Advent Venture Partners and Dublin based ACT Venture Capital. The company was valued at €30m in this latest funding round, in which Am-Beo was advised by Ion Equity.

Am-Beo is a provider of rating and revenue chain management solutions for next generation services. Among its customers for its Rate-Rec product is Lycos Europe and Xtempus.

The company has seen major expansion this year, opening offices in Paris, Madrid and Denver.

Am-Beo has also received major backing from Enterprise Ireland.
