Hollywood superstar Bruce Willis is considering legal action against Apple in a fight over his music collection.

The actor is said to have spent thousands on a huge library of songs that he wants to leave to his three daughters.

Under existing iTunes rules you only get the right to play the music - not own it.

Music journalist Pete Paphides said that we may think twice in future about reading the contracts:

"Who has got time to read the reams of small print that you get you just hurriedly click agree because you have got a million things to do", he said

"So that is a bit of a worry because most people don’t realise that actually effectively they have borrowed this music and they can't pass it onto their children".
