Credit Unions vote to write off €27m spent on ISIS project
Delegates at a meeting of the Irish League of Credit Unions have voted to write off money spent by the League on the failed ISIS computer project.
After a review by the Board of the League, a recommendation was made that no legal action by taken to recover the €27m lost on the ISIS project.
The report by the Board said that the League could be put at financial risk in any attempt to recover the money, even though it may have grounds for an action.
