Dublin footballer Ciaran Whelan looks likely to participate in the Coca Cola International Rules second test on Friday, despite an injury worry earlier this week.
Whelan feared he had hurt his hamstring during training, but the injury has been put down to severe cramp.
“I thought last night I was in a spot of bother but it turns out today, following a scan, it was just quite a bad cramp,” he said.
“Hopefully, with a bit of treatment this week, I’ll be okay for Friday.”
