Horan out for six weeks

Ireland and Munster prop Marcus Horan has broken a bone in his wrist and is expected to be out of action for four to six weeks.

Ireland and Munster prop Marcus Horan has broken a bone in his wrist and is expected to be out of action for four to six weeks.

It happended at a Munster training session on Monday and he is seeing a specialist today in Dublin.

This jeopradises his place in Ireland's squad for the November international series.

Meanwhile, Jerry Flannery will travel to Liverpool on Friday for further specialist examination of his calf injury.
