Egyptian police have arrested the mother and two brothers of a student who killed himself and tourists in a Cairo suicide bombing.

Egyptian police have arrested the mother and two brothers of a student who killed himself and tourists in a Cairo suicide bombing.

The Interior Ministry identified the bomber as Egyptian engineering student Hassan Rafaat Ahmed Bashandi, 18.

He died, along with two French citizens and an American man, in the blast in a Cairo market last Thursday.
