Kilcormac-Killoughey have been dealt a major blow ahead of next Sunday's AIB All-Ireland Club SHC final against St. Thomas, after forward Dan Currams picked up an injury in a challenge game yesterday.
Currams went off early on in the second half of yesterday's drawn game with Kilkenny Under 21 hurlers at Johnstown, having picked up an arm injury.
The Offaly attacker sustained the injury after an attempted block, and in an effort to catch the ball he got caught awkwardly.
It is a major blow for Danny Owens' side as the first-time Offaly and Leinster champions prepare for the biggest day in the club's history.
