The Cumbrians, who registered their first victory in eight league games at the expense of Southend, will spend three days in Dublin with boss Roddy Collins.

A club spokesman said: "The lads have gone away for a bit of team bonding. They will get some training done as well and are due to fly back on Wednesday."
