Four killed in roof collapse

The roof of an exhibition hall in the southern Polish city of Katowice collapsed today with up to 500 people inside, killing at least four and injuring at least 40.

The roof of an exhibition hall in the southern Polish city of Katowice collapsed today with up to 500 people inside, killing at least four and injuring at least 40.

“Unfortunately, we have to say that there are some dead,” Katowice fire brigade spokesman Jaroslaw Wojtasik said, giving the number as at least four.
