A Dutch train station has installed a children's slide for passengers.

Overvecht station in Utrecht has put in the transfer accelerator, as part of a renovation at the building, to help create positive energy for commuters who use it.

Adult men and women have both been spotted enjoying a go on the slide, which was installed by Utrecht-based firm HIK Ontwerpers.

However, if the attraction becomes too popular then it is feared large queues could form, resulting in a journey ironically taking longer for commuters.
