A Silicon Valley businessman plans to sue a fax company for £325bn (€508bn) because he is sick of receiving unsolicited faxes.

A Silicon Valley businessman plans to sue a fax company for £325bn (€508bn) because he is sick of receiving unsolicited faxes.

Steve Kirsch said he is preparing two class action lawsuits against Fax.com which, he claims, “has fax numbers for every machine in the US”.

“Our goal is to shut Fax.com down and make any advertiser thinking of sending an unsolicited fax think twice,” he said.
