Palestinians fired three rockets at southern Israel early today, and one hit a house in the city of Sderot, security and rescue sources said.

A mother and daughter living in the house were treated on the scene for shock, then evacuated to a hospital, security sources said.

Twelve Qassams and 78 mortar shells have been fired at Israeli targets since the beginning of May, the army said. The last rocket to hit Sderot, a frequent target, fell on May 28, it said.
