The GAA's annual Congress will debate the issue of opening Croke Park to soccer and rugby.
The GAA's Motions Committee, which is chaired by Association President Sean Kelly, met yesterday in Dublin, and it is believed that at least some of the re-submitted Rule 42 motions were passed for debate at April's Congress.
The decision ensures the membership can still take the landmark decision to open Croke Park headquarters to rugby and soccer.
The committee's decision will be officially announced today.
