Graham Lee was taken to hospital with an elbow injury following a crashing fall at Punchestown this afternoon.

Graham Lee was taken to hospital with an elbow injury following a crashing fall at Punchestown this afternoon.

The jockey was catapulted from the saddle when his mount Aces Four came down at the final fence when battling for the lead with eventual winner Offshore Account in the Ellier Developments Hanover Quay Champion Novice Chase.

Irish Turf Club doctor Walter Halley said: “Graham Lee has been taken to Naas Hospital for X-rays on a suspected fracture of his left elbow.”
