Uttoxeter take a look
Tomorrow's meeting at Uttoxeter is subject to a 3pm precautionary inspection this afternoon.
Clerk of the course Keith Ottesen will take a look after six millimetres of overnight rain left the track heavy, waterlogged in places.
“We have called an inspection to put some clarity on the issue,” explained Ottesen.
“The forecast is unclear but it is still raining at the moment – although this may drain away in time.
“We must therefore just have to sit and wait and see what the weather has in store for us.”
