The director of the Lord Of The Rings trilogy says the final film in the series keeps making him cry.
Peter Jackson is currently working on a rough cut of Return Of The King.
He says the final film makes him cry much more than the first two.
"Frodo and Sam - it just becomes a story of pure courage and love and support of each other. This incredible courage, it is very touching," he tells www.cinescape.com.
He added: "I don't want to talk about what happens in the end but it is incredibly sad."
The Return Of The King is expected to be released in the UK on December 17, 2003.
