British beauty Elizabeth Hurley is taking Hindi lessons to impress her Indian boyfriend Arun Nayer and his family, fuelling speculation the pair will marry this summer.

The elegant actress has dated the businessman since 2002 and frequently travels to his home city of Bombay.

Friends of the Austin Powers star claim she's planning to exchange wedding vows with Nayer in India's vibrant capital in June, coinciding with her 40th birthday.

A pal tells British newspaper The Mail on Sunday: "She loves everything about India, the people, the food. But she thinks she should have some Hindi for when she is India. Arun is very impressed and is helping her along."
