Lindsay Lohan has been hit with a lawsuit from her former bodyguard, who has accused the actress of failing to pay for his security services.
David Kim claims he was hired by the Mean Girls star in October 2006 to organise her security, at a fee of $4,000 a week for around-the-clock protection.
But he quit the job six months later, in March 2007, after Lohan allegedly reneged on the pay deal.
In legal papers filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday, Kim also claims he is owed $1,500 for damage to his car, after Lohan's driver, Jazz, once crashed into his vehicle in a bid to escape the pursuing paparazzi.
He is now suing for breach of contract and is seeking a total of $55,000 in damages and unpaid wages, reports website TMZ.com.
