Barry Geraghty believes Moscow Flyer is back to his old self after teaming up with the dual Queen Mother Champion Chase hero on the gallops.
The Jessica Harrington-trained 11-year-old returns to action in the Paddy Power Dial-A-Bet Chase, a race he won in 2002 and 2003, at Leopardstown on Tuesday.
He missed the Tingle Creek Trophy at Sandown earlier this month because he scoped dirty.
“I worked him yesterday morning and he’s in good form. He seems to have come back to himself,” said Geraghty.
“He gave me a good feel and everything, so I’d be happy with him.”
Moscow Flyer has won 26 races, but has been beaten on his last two starts, by Rathgar Beau at Punchestown in April and by Central House at Navan in November.
