Ireland’s leading fashion competition Junk Kouture launches new App

Ireland’s leading fashion and art competition for second-level students has added another dimension to the competition.

The Bank of Ireland Junk Kouture has launched a new App for students and teachers to register their designs, making the competition entry process more simple and accessible.

People can also use the App to vote for their favourite design during the competition.

Registration for this year’s competition closes January 22.

The entrants who make it through to the regional finals will be revealed by a judging panel on February 8.

A public vote has also been introduced this year in which the budding fashionistas can secure a place in the regional finals with the public’s support, following the decision by the panel of judges.

Voting will take place through the Junk Kouture App from February 12 to 16 and winners will be announced on February 17.

This year the final takes place April 19 at the 3Arena.
