Empire State Building celebrates 80th anniversary
One of the world's most iconic landmarks is celebrating its 80th anniversary.
The Empire State Building in New York opened on 1st May 1931.
It was the tallest building in the world until the World Trade Center was completed in 1973.
At more than 14-hundred feet high it was constructed in just 13 months.
