WATCH: Painful dressing room footage shows Jose Aldo struggling to come to terms with UFC 194 defeat

By Stephen Barry

For 13 seconds Jose Aldo went toe-to-toe with Conor McGregor in UFC 194.

Then, for 13 minutes Aldo sat on his dressing room floor and stared at the wall.

The video, released by the UFC, is hard to watch as the former champion struggles to come to terms with the end of his 10-year winning streak and 1,849-day reign as the UFC Featherweight belt-holder.

An inconsolable Aldo is comforted by his team but remains unmoved until the camera pans away after the entrance of Dana White.

His backroom team took the defeat just as badly, judging by this reaction to the knockout blow.
