The Red Cross will meet for the first time 14 high-level terrorism suspects at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

The suspects were recently transferred from CIA secret prisons to Guantanamo.

A spokeswoman for the Red Cross said the visit to the camp would take place next week.

Antonella Notari, chief spokeswoman for the International Committee of the Red Cross, said officials will arrive for their scheduled two-week visit to Guantanamo on Monday.

“There is no reason to believe that there should be a problem seeing these detainees in the course of the visit,” she said.
