Armagh defender JP Donnelly could be out for the rest of the season after tearing his cruciate knee ligament.
Donnelly had to stretchered off after suffering the injury against Down last weekend and both he and Armagh manager Joe Kernan are anxiously waiting on results back from an MRI scan.
Losing the services of the Armagh Harps clubman would be a serious blow for Kernan, who is already down a wing back.
Paul Duffy from the Pearse Óg club broke his collarbone in January.
