Gunmen assassinated a top aide to Iraqi prime minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari’s Cabinet in Baghdad today, police said.

Gunmen assassinated a top aide to Iraqi prime minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari’s Cabinet in Baghdad today, police said.

Wael al-Rubaei was killed in central Baghdad’s Mansour district at about 8.15am local time said police Lt Majid Zaki.
