CardBASE Technologies has signed an agreement with French company Welcome which establishes a partnership for the deployment of multi-applications smart card systems worldwide.

The partnership brings to the market a complete multi-application smart management solution, with Welcome's XLS loyalty software being added to the CardBASE's MASCOT solution.
