Patrick Swayze could be set for a return to the big screen - as surfer movie 'Point Break' is set to be revived in a sequel.

A follow-up to the 1991 film, which also starred Keanu Reeves, is reported to be in the pipeline - and Swayze could reprise his role, health permitting.

The sequel is due to be shot in Singapore and Indonesia, and is set 20 years after the disappearance of Swayze's character Bodhi, reports British newspaper 'The Sun'.

The cast for the movie is as yet unconfirmed.

Earlier this year, Swazye confirmed he was suffering from pancreatic cancer.
