The pop superstar is paying a reported $100,000 (€82,400) - a month for the 12-bedroom home which he once considered buying in 1995.

The Beat It singer is considering buying the $20m (€16.5m) mansion in the next year because he insists he'll no longer call his Neverland Ranch home after it was raided by Santa Barbara, California, police in November.

The next court date in Jackson's case is June 25, although the King of Pop isn't expected to attend court again until September.
